What we collect

When you use our contact or sponsorship form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, company and message), along with the time you sent it. To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address to count recent messages from it.

How we use it

Only to read and reply to your message or enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

The forms use one essential session cookie to protect against forged submissions. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Where it’s kept

Messages are delivered to our email inbox and a copy is stored on our web hosting server. We delete enquiries when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent, using the contact form.
